  • 4-5pm: Settle into your serene retreat space.

  • 5-6pm: Gather for a heartwarming dinner.

  • 6-7:30pm: Opening session to connect and set our intentions.

Tuesday

  • 6:30-7:30am: Welcome the sunrise with invigorating yoga on the beach.

  • 7:30-8am: A nourishing breakfast awaits.

  • 8am-12pm: Engage in soulful sessions designed for personal growth.

  • 12-4:30pm: Enjoy leisurely lunch and explore the charm of East Hampton (self-guided).

  • 5-6pm: Reconvene for a cozy dinner.

  • 7-9pm: Evening at a local winery, blending relaxation with exquisite tastes.

Wednesday

  • 8am: Start the day with a wholesome breakfast.

  • 8:30-11am: Dive deeper into empowering sessions.

  • 11am-12pm: Meditative beach session, harmonizing mind and body.

  • 12-4pm: Montauk calls for exploration and lunch (self-guided).

  • 5:30-9pm: Beach dinner paired with Full Moon Rituals, celebrating the divine feminine.

Thursday

  • 8:30am: Breakfast and heartfelt reflections.

  • 9:00am: Wrap-up Q&A, integrating our shared experiences.

  • 11am: Pack and prepare for departure.

  • 11:30-2pm: A parting visit to the quaint Sag Harbor.

  • 2pm: Journey back to NYC, enriched and empowered.
