REFUNDS

Due to the high demand for Readings and sessions, unfortunately, no refunds are available.

DATE CHANGES

I may move the dates and times of appointments at will and will give you a 2-Hour notice of the change.

RESCHEDULING

You are able to get one rescheduled appointment per booking - If you do not show up for your rescheduled appointment, it will be canceled and you will not receive a refund.

ON-TIME

Please be on time. (30 Minute Reading no more than 5 mins late, 60 Minute Reading no more than 10 mins late.) For reasons of my lateness, I will offer 15 minutes of gratis to your session.

PRIVACY

Your privacy and my privacy are valued during our sessions. All the information shared in Reaching and Coachings is strictly confidential.

REFUSAL

I have the right to refuse services at any time.
